Digital Content Manager – Video, AI, Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of managing our social media platforms independently.

• Create engaging video and image content.

• Leverage AI and automation effectively as valuable tools.

• Consider reach and impact from the outset.

• Ensure our content is distributed across the appropriate channels and platforms.

• Conceptualize, film, and edit product videos, testimonials, and social media clips.

• Optimize video content for SEO and AI-driven searches (GEO).

• Assume complete responsibility for photo and video productions from start to finish.

• Independently oversee our channels (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) and the profiles of experts, including managing your own editorial calendar.

• Provide a balanced content mix of video, text/image, and thought-leadership formats, utilizing AI and automation tools.

• Manage the community by responding, moderating, and fostering relationships.

• Create content that impacts the B2B purchasing process, including product demonstrations, success stories, and other sales touchpoints.

• Collaborate creatively with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate their messages into engaging content.

• Develop high-quality presentations for events and sales utilizing modern tools.

• Proven experience in distributing content across channels on both owned and external platforms while actively enhancing thought leadership.

• Several years of experience in content production, preferably within the B2B software or SaaS sector.

• Proficient use of traditional and AI tools in everyday production (video, photo, and audio) along with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Independent management of social media profiles, encompassing editorial planning and community engagement.

• Experience using AI and automation tools for social media initiatives.

• Expertise in crafting high-quality presentations.
