This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Execute editorial content creation, copywriting, and social media oversight.
• Enhance the Company's narrative and market visibility through strategic content initiatives, innovative ideas, and editorial calendars.
• Produce digital content via the editorial process, integrating concepts and ideas from team members.
• Craft social media copy for all internal content and assist in refining other materials with an emphasis on SEO and optimizing for social sharing.
• Oversee brand marketing and engaging content across various platforms: Social media channels, Website pages, Blog/article content, Email marketing.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and philosophy across different mediums and platforms.
• Leverage SEO tools to enhance the Company’s online visibility.
• Develop creative and distinctive content for all brand communications.
• Align all content forms with brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Craft compelling narratives through storytelling and storyboarding, including for multimedia content.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to create precise and engaging product descriptions.
• Manage the scheduling for social media accounts using tools like AgoraPulse.
• 2-5 years of experience in editorial or social media roles, including the development and implementation of content strategies.
• Familiarity with a wide range of digital communication styles, formats, and distribution channels, including marketing content on LinkedIn through both paid and organic posts.
• An interest in social and environmental impact, along with a foundational understanding of enterprise software.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of creating compelling, clickable headlines, descriptions, and other micro copy.
• Strong grasp of SEO and its role in capturing search traffic.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and/or other design software.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and demands under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical professionals.
• A problem-solver characterized by intellectual curiosity, patience, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for master’s degrees in business, marketing/integrated marketing communications, journalism, or related fields.
