This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop digital marketing assets for various channels, including paid media, email, websites, applications, social media, and retail.
• Produce multimedia content such as lightweight motion graphics, animations, GIFs, and short-form videos aimed at customer engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Design and modify creative assets across diverse digital formats and platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist in the creation of email templates, landing page designs, and digital communication materials for customers.
• Design graphics for kiosks, promotional materials, and retail marketing resources to support customer-facing projects.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, CX, Retail, and external partners to implement creative projects and campaigns.
• Aid in creative testing efforts by producing asset variations to optimize digital campaigns.
• Keep organized creative files, templates, and asset libraries to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and business objectives.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of Coinstar brand standards across all customer engagement points.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, marketing, or a related discipline preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, multimedia design, or a similar creative field.
• Experience in supporting digital marketing campaigns and executing creative across multiple channels is preferred.
• Proficiency in creating digital-first creative assets for web, email, paid media, and social platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, lightweight animation, or video editing is preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Figma or comparable collaborative design tools is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital-first design principles and responsive creative formats.
• Capability to produce multimedia and motion-based creative assets for digital engagement campaigns.
• Excellent visual design, typography, layout, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding brand consistency across all channels.
