Digital Consulting Director – Oracle EPM, Industrial & Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders from Huron and clients to design and implement enterprise technology solutions that achieve goals.

• Oversee client engagement delivery, lead teams, and manage programs effectively.

• Build lasting relationships that significantly benefit the firm, including generating additional project opportunities with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on large-scale platform implementations.

• Proficiency in estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.

• Expertise in Oracle EPM within the Industrial and/or Manufacturing industry vertical.

• Drive project delivery and assist in business development efforts.

• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong interpersonal abilities to quickly establish trust and collaboration.

• Capacity to gain credibility with senior-level, financially savvy client executives through expertise, maturity, and professionalism.

• Demonstrated thought leadership evidenced by speaking engagements and/or publications.

• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scales and durations.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical areas.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required by Huron.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.
