Digital Consulting Associate – Oracle EPM, Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Employ Huron's tools, methodologies, and best practices for selecting, planning, and implementing software and analytics solutions.

• Accountable for delivering project work streams and managing work plans.

• Conduct analytics and generate reports.

• Oversee and mentor junior team members.

• Collaborate with client personnel and leadership on project deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in requirement analysis, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with business users.

• At least 2 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM Planning and/or ePBCS.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage project workstreams with minimal oversight.

• Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
