This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Execute communication strategies effectively.
• Oversee online presence including social media and ensure web content is regularly updated.
• Create, edit, publish, and distribute daily content (including original text, images, or video) that fosters meaningful connections and motivates community engagement.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to manage reputation, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate initiatives.
• Quickly develop content for intricate, efficient websites.
• Conduct day-to-day monitoring and engage in digital discussions across both internal and external channels.
• Respond promptly to followers to promote a positive sentiment and recovery within the community.
• Track, monitor, and report on feedback, online reviews, and comments.
• Continuously analyze efforts and specific messaging to encourage vibrant community dialogue.
• Stay updated on current internet and social trends, apps, and technologies.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital communication and social media content creation.
• Ability to work effectively under deadline-driven pressure.
• Flexible and capable of motivating people and achieving desired outcomes.
• Proficient in navigating the various interdepartmental business processes while maintaining a high level of creativity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
