
Digital Collections Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact and partner for libraries involved in JSTOR Stewardship.
• Assist institutions in integrating Stewardship into their processes and facilitate long-term preservation.
• Establish and nurture relationships with practitioners, influencers, and leaders at participating libraries.
• Lead the onboarding process, conduct kickoff meetings, and provide tailored training sessions for new institutions.
• Support trial initiatives by guiding kickoff discussions and following up with institutions undergoing trials.
• Cultivate relationships within the archival and special collections community.
• Represent the voice of the customer to guide product development, marketing strategies, and leadership decisions.
• Serve as the subject matter authority for managed accounts and maintain comprehensive account documentation.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Travel 20–30% for onsite library visits, regional conferences, and occasional visits to the ITHAKA office.
• 3–5 years of experience in higher education or library environments.
• Proven expertise in special collections, archives, or digital collections.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to oversee various projects simultaneously.
• Proactive self-starter capable of independently identifying tasks and advancing projects.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and communication.
• Proficient in demonstrating tools and services through webinars and in-person workshops.
• Strong capability to collaborate effectively as a team member and engage in team projects.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable working with data utilizing tools such as Databricks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience using a CRM platform like Salesforce.
• Must reside and work within the continental United States.
• Travel capability is essential, with an expected travel commitment of 20–30%.
