This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assisting apprentices as they progress through the AI Microsoft 365 program.

• Supporting staff during their apprenticeships to meet their objectives in digital transformation.

• Enhancing the utilization of AI and Microsoft application licenses within work environments.

• Conducting engaging online training sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training staff on MS365, Co-pilot, and Power Apps.

• Familiarity with tools including Teams, OneNote, Forms, SharePoint, Google Classroom, Canva, Padlet, Kahoot, Quizizz, Wakelet, or similar applications.

• Relevant teaching, coaching, or assessing qualifications.

• Knowledge of pedagogy with a focus on digital transformation, ensuring technology enhances learning without detracting from effective teaching.

• A demonstrated history of providing careers information, advice, and guidance to learners (CIAG).

• Experience in delivering dynamic online training sessions utilizing interactive methods such as breakout rooms, polls, collaborative documents, whiteboards, and discussion tasks.

• Strong facilitation abilities that promote active, inclusive, and professionally engaging online learning experiences.

• Understanding of how digital tools can aid adaptive teaching, accessibility, SEND, workload reduction, and fostering learner independence.

• Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft automation technologies.

• Microsoft Certified Trainer status.

• Any pertinent IT or Trainer Certifications (MS, Google, Apple, etc.).

• Experience in educational settings, further education, or corporate Microsoft 365 training.

• Background in digital apprenticeships, bootcamps, or funded training programs.

• Strong skills in caseload management.
