Digital Bridge Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develops comprehensive end-to-end processes to support global portfolio management, ensuring alignment with IT leadership and our clients for optimal design and outcomes.

• Continuously enhances all portfolio governance processes, aiming to harmonize efforts across legacy companies and utilizing tools for greater efficiency wherever feasible.

• Produces deliverables for the IT project portfolio, including status reports, executive presentations, project tracking, and more, to guarantee that IT meets its commitments and delivers high-quality outputs to the business and management, conveying an appropriate narrative for the audience.

• Collaborates with IT and Business project leads to identify, monitor, and report on the IT project portfolio throughout the project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, close) as well as through agile methodologies.

• Drives portfolio activities aimed at achieving measurable outcomes by managing schedules, resources, scope, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and communications.

• Partners with the Project Coordinator to ensure the resource-loaded master schedule is current, precise, and capable of facilitating portfolio reviews, trade-off decisions, and scenario analyses when necessary.

• Develops comprehensive project plans encompassing all activities, timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies.

• Prioritizes project tasks based on their impact on the project and follows up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion.

• Creates and distributes detailed project status reports at defined intervals.

• Proactively assesses the potential impacts of the project on other business units and IT teams within TD Synnex and collaborates with representatives from those departments to manage and address these impacts.

• Establishes and leads regular communication forums with the project team and customers, both internally and externally, to discuss project specifics and ensure progress aligns with expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Portfolio Management Certification (PfMP) preferred.

• Strong data entry skills, with the ability to recognize and address important details accurately and efficiently.

• Capable of understanding, communicating, and collaborating effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, with a readiness to lead, innovate, and assert oneself.

• Able to collaborate and cultivate effective working relationships with others.

• Proficient in utilizing relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.

• Ability to remain alert and attentive while performing work tasks.
