Digital Banking Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in various internship program activities such as workshops, training sessions, and special projects.

• Perform market research and digital financial analysis to assess client needs and suggest customized digital banking solutions.

• Aid in data analytics, conduct due diligence on digital platforms, and review documents to facilitate client transactions.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, digital analysts/specialists, the online account opening team, and team leaders on initiatives for digital consumers and businesses.

• Assist in efforts to improve client engagement and promote digital banking services.

• Manage tasks effectively, pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Attend meetings as required, with potential travel involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Preferred to be a rising Senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.

• A GPA of 3.4 or higher is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Possess a strong analytical mindset and a willingness to learn.

• Detail-oriented and proactive in approach.

• Capable of working effectively under pressure.

• Complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation.

• Maintain a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions.

• Have a reliable private internet connection, preferably cable or fiber, not provided by cellular data.

• Ability to efficiently access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.

• Capable of accommodating extended computer use by sitting or standing at a suitable desk.
