Digital Artist, AI Workflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in hybrid AI and 3D workflows on commercial initiatives.

• Collaborate with creative teams and supervisors on prominent campaigns.

• Innovate and refine new generative AI workflows.

• Produce visual concepts and short-form video content utilizing AI tools.

• Investigate emerging technologies and aid in the advancement of AI-driven production workflows.

• Operate within a professional post-production setting alongside seasoned artists and supervisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with leading AI platforms and models, such as Higgsfield, Magnific, and comparable tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Midjourney, Nano Banana, and prompt engineering across various AI models, including JSON prompting and advanced parameters.

• Fundamental understanding of After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, with the capability to assemble short-form video content such as reels, edits, and AI films.

• Awareness of image-to-video techniques and experience in editing images using Photoshop, GIMP, or Affinity.

• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos or reels comprising multiple shots.

• A solid grasp of composition, color, and visual rhythm, especially within an advertising framework.

• Basic comprehension of storytelling and product film principles.

• Proficient communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

• Ability to work collaboratively and enjoy being part of a team.

• A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a readiness to experiment and learn.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with ComfyUI.

• Basic 3D knowledge and experience with Blender, Unreal Engine, or Cinema 4D.

• Experience in working with LLMs and integrating them into creative workflows.
