Digital and E-Commerce Assistant II – Maternity Reliever

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop, modify, and refresh product listings across various Australian e-commerce platforms (e.g., Australian retailer websites).

• Ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are precise and up-to-date.

• Perform regular audits to verify stock availability and make sure products comply with brand and retailer visual standards.

• Maintain product listings in alignment with promotional or launch dates, in accordance with the marketing calendar.

• Upload and oversee product listings to ensure accuracy in both content and images.

• Download and manage brand imagery for e-retail sites.

• Work in collaboration with retailer online teams to refresh listings and address inquiries, directing any unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments.

• Provide internal updates to local teams regarding the status of product listings.

• Prepare for weekly meetings by outlining forthcoming tasks and challenges.

• Escalate urgent issues to the team manager as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with retailer websites and e-commerce platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of the online retail process.

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is essential.

• Strong history and proven experience in managing online product listings and images.

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with various retailer e-commerce systems.

• Preferred experience in beauty e-commerce.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both internal and external teams.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
