Digital & AI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop intuitive, user-centered digital experiences from initial concept to refined UI.

• Convert briefs, user requirements, and business objectives into definitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs.

• Maintain a balance of usability, accessibility, performance, and brand consistency across all digital outputs.

• Clearly present design rationale and respond to feedback in a thoughtful and efficient manner.

• Generate meaningful motion, micro-interactions, and transitions that enhance clarity, pacing, and emotional connection.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of modern digital production, including file types, formats, compression, and animation techniques.

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to achieve cohesive, high-quality results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience in digital design roles, with a proven track record in UX/UI design through real, delivered projects.

• Practical experience in designing comprehensive digital experiences, including user flows, interface design, and animated or interactive components.

• Established experience in applying motion design within a digital or UX framework (e.g., interface transitions, presentation systems, content intros/outros, or campaign materials).

• Experience in delivering work within defined brand systems, adapting concepts across various platforms such as web, presentation tools, audio-visual content, and campaigns.

• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams, demonstrating contributions as part of a team rather than in isolation.

• Proficient in UX & Digital design.

• Must be fluent in Figma.

• Strong practical skills in UX/UI, including wireframing, prototyping, and crafting intuitive user flows for mid-complexity projects.

• Capacity to balance usability, visual craftsmanship, performance, and accessibility in daily design choices.

• Confidently articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and decisions.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, without compromising speed or collaboration.

• Openness to innovating thoughtfully in unexpected or undervalued areas, bringing ambition to all platforms equally.
