Digital Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily client relationships for the assigned accounts.

• Assist in the onboarding process and project initiation for new engagements.

• Convert client briefs into well-defined, organized deliverables.

• Foster proactive communication with both clients and internal teams.

• __**DELIVERY COORDINATION (CREATIVE & CONTENT)**__

• Manage delivery across various project types, such as:

• Social media content and campaign materials.

• Copywriting and editorial content.

• Digital creative assets (ads, banners, landing pages).

• Monitor timelines, milestones, and delivery progress.

• Ensure all outputs adhere to established quality standards and deadlines.

• Report any risks or delivery challenges as necessary.

• __**WORKFLOW & OPERATIONS SUPPORT**__

• Coordinate freelance talent for ongoing projects.

• Maintain organized workflows from the brief stage to execution and delivery.

• Ensure clarity and consistency in project briefs.

• Facilitate smooth daily operations across accounts.

• Prior experience in account management, client services, or project coordination.

• Background in digital marketing, content, or creative sectors.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with remote or freelance teams is preferred.
