This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in accordance with the Sensibly Sprouted Approach.
• Evaluate patient needs independently and formulate suitable care plans.
• Consistently apply clinical frameworks, protocols, and workflows within the defined scope.
• Ensure uniformity in assessments, interventions, and follow-ups.
• Manage the comprehensive range of Primary Practice patient needs autonomously.
• Competently implement supplement protocols as appropriate within the scope of the role.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care.
• Facilitate patient engagement, follow-through, and suitable duration of care.
• Recognize and address obstacles to patient progress or disengagement.
• Tailor counseling techniques based on patient readiness and individual needs.
• Maintain a full and stable patient schedule that meets performance expectations.
• Proactively manage cancellations, gaps, availability, and unused capacity.
• Ensure strong alignment between schedule availability and patient demand.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to relevant standards for billing, coding, scheduling, workflow, attendance, and communication.
• Keep patient records complete, organized, compliant, and up to date.
• Engage in coaching, case reviews, and performance discussions.
• Stay informed about performance metrics and expectations.
• Continue to enhance clinical depth, judgment, and patient-specific care skills.
• Exhibit reliability, accountability, professionalism, and strong communication in all interactions.
• Credential as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
• Relevant state licensure or eligibility for required licensure.
• Directly applicable outpatient or longitudinal Medical Nutrition Therapy experience.
• Ability to independently deliver high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient management judgment.
• Proficient in nutrition assessment and care planning.
• Effective counseling and patient engagement skills.
• Capability to foster meaningful behavior change and ensure continuity of care.
• Independent management of the complete spectrum of Primary Practice patient needs.
• Strong operational reliability in documentation, scheduling, and workflow execution.
• Ability to build and maintain an active caseload.
• Appropriate application of evidence-based supplementation within role scope.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, reliability, and follow-through.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Alignment with the Sensibly Sprouted Approach and the 3Ps: Positivity, Professionalism, and Performance.
• Capability for prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
