This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy within the established scope while adhering to the Sensibly Sprouted Approach.
• Cultivate an increasingly autonomous skill set in nutrition assessment and care planning.
• Enhance clinical reasoning and patient-management judgment across a diverse array of patient cases.
• Improve counseling effectiveness, patient engagement, and capabilities for behavior change.
• Consistently implement clinical frameworks, protocols, and workflows.
• Develop expertise in evidence-based supplementation within the scope of the role.
• Ensure patient engagement, continuity of care, and appropriate follow-up.
• Identify and resolve barriers to patient progress or potential disengagement.
• Establish and maintain an active patient caseload as skills develop.
• Manage schedules effectively, ensuring responsiveness and optimal use of available capacity.
• Accurately complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to relevant billing, coding, scheduling, workflow, attendance, and communication standards.
• Actively engage in training, coaching, case reviews, and performance discussions.
• Receive, implement, and showcase sustained improvement based on feedback.
• Broaden clinical knowledge and treatment scope towards achieving complete Primary Practice capability.
• Exhibit reliability, accountability, professionalism, strong organization, and effective communication.
• Credential as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
• Relevant state licensure or eligibility for obtaining necessary licensure.
• Foundational clinical knowledge and readiness to develop outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy skills.
• Strong capacity for learning and responsiveness to coaching and feedback.
• Developing clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
• Interest in and ability to foster longitudinal patient-management skills.
• Developing capabilities in counseling and patient engagement.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and follow-through.
• Ability to learn and consistently apply clinical and operational standards.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication.
• Willingness to expand clinical knowledge and treatment capabilities across a wide range of patient cases.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
