This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement conversational flows for chatbots and voicebots utilizing Google Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Develop intents, entities, utterances, contexts, and strategies for dialogue management.
• Work in collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and UX teams to craft user-friendly conversational experiences.
• Enhance bot performance through ongoing training, testing, and the analysis of data.
• Design strategies for fallback handling, error recovery processes, and escalation paths to live agents.
• Connect conversational platforms with APIs, webhooks, CRM systems, and contact center solutions.
• Perform user testing and refine conversation flows based on customer feedback.
• Keep up-to-date conversational design documentation and adhere to best practices.
• Provide support for multilingual and omnichannel conversational experiences when necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in Conversational Design, Voice Bot Design, or Conversation UX.
• Practical experience with Dialogflow CX/ES and Google CCAI.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts, including intents, entities, utterances, contexts, and conversation flows.
• Proven experience in designing conversational experiences for IVR, voice bots, or chatbots.
• Outstanding writing, communication, and interaction design skills.
• Capability to convert complex business processes into straightforward conversational experiences.
