This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Actively engage with potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Appointment Setting & Follow-ups: Organize meetings for team members and follow up with prospects to cultivate relationships and guide them through the sales journey.
• Sales & Client Engagement: Promote staffing direct-hire and staff augmentation services, effectively communicating value and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
• CRM & Database Management: Ensure accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM system for streamlined communication and organized follow-ups.
• Customer Support & Product Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering support for products and services while efficiently resolving issues.
• Market Research & Industry Awareness: Keep updated on industry trends and insights to offer relevant information to prospective clients.
• Compliance & Call Guidelines: Adhere to scripts and company policies while complying with industry regulations regarding outbound calls.
• Performance & Target Achievement: Strive to meet or surpass call, sales, and revenue objectives while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Broaden professional networks through industry events, associations, and social media platforms.
• Training & Continuous Improvement: Engage in training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
• 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center roles focused on US companies.
• Excellent English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English skills, with the capability to clearly and persuasively express ideas over the phone.
• Competitive & Goal-Oriented: Driven sales mindset, persistence in making high-volume outbound calls, and the ability to handle rejection with professionalism.
• Service-Oriented & Relationship Building: Exceptional customer service abilities with a talent for building rapport, establishing relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
• Communication & Listening Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively engage prospects and address their needs.
• Organizational & Multitasking Abilities: Capability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy & CRM Knowledge: Proficient in using automated dialing systems, CRM software, and other communication tools.
• Problem-Solving & Initiative: Strong problem-solving abilities, capacity to work independently and collaboratively, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Patience and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines and sales objectives.
• Education & Leadership: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory); prior experience managing junior sales team members is a plus.
