
Diagnostics Hematology Specialist – Louisiana/Mississippi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Exhibit expertise in clinical/disease knowledge and product understanding while providing strategic customer education to ensure the correct identification of patients and utilization of ClonoSEQ.
• Collaborate across various internal teams and stakeholders to develop and execute robust business strategies.
• Provide comprehensive support and management of territory accounts by fostering relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders.
• Advocate for Adaptive’s diagnostic products through targeted outreach to physicians in the assigned territory, implementing sales, marketing, and patient support initiatives to acquire and retain indicated patients.
• Create and actively execute a territory business plan tailored to customer needs and aimed at achieving sales objectives.
• Recognize changes in customer dynamics and ensure that appropriate personnel and resources are allocated through effective communication and planning.
• Complete all administrative responsibilities associated with the role, including timely reporting of call activities and customer information in the designated call reporting system, expense submissions, and more.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues and opportunities, proactively communicating with marketing and sales management.
• Educate and train physician support staff on the correct use and management of Adaptive’s diagnostic products.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s degree (A. / B.S.) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including prior roles in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or medical device sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in hematology or oncology, with a background in biotech, life sciences, or diagnostic sales, particularly in oncology lab services, being a plus.
• A strong technical foundation in molecular biology, genomics, next-generation sequencing, or immunology is advantageous.
• Must possess a self-motivated and self-managing work style, prioritizing customer service.
• Results-driven with a strategic emphasis on sales.
• Capable of measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Well-developed professional and strategic selling skills, with a proven track record of expanding key accounts by building and leveraging networks within life sciences and research sectors of significant institutions and companies.
• Excellent listening, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively articulate the relevant applications of our technology across a diverse range of research specialties.
• Proven ability to function in a team environment and adeptly coordinate internal resources to address specific customer needs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and can work independently with confidence.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to efficiently manage territory business.
