This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide on-site assistance to veterinary practices, laboratory research facilities, and veterinary educational institutions.

• Facilitate the implementation, training, operation, and troubleshooting of veterinary diagnostics products.

• Drive the adoption of diagnostics, enhance workflow processes, maximize product usage, and identify opportunities for equipment and consumables.

• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with customers and develop account strategies.

• Assess veterinary practice performance and design clinic workflow processes to enhance the customer experience.

• Keep customer information and call reports updated in the CRM system.

• Analyze sales territories and customer growth opportunities to meet sales objectives.

• Customize customer solutions utilizing products, value-added services, veterinarians, and business consultants.

• Identify potential for additional analyzers, diagnostic tools, and consumables.

• Meet customer call activity expectations based on KPIs, coverage, and frequency targets.

• Address on-site technical support inquiries by troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.

• Offer product guidance, instructions, and both formal and informal training presentations.

• Install and validate products, providing post-sale applications and operational training.

• Ensure that staff are trained and deemed competent, including training new employees within 8 weeks of joining a practice.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer understanding and utilization of products, services, and pricing.

• Accurately document call activities in the CRM system and execute follow-up plans.

• Uphold business conduct and comply with relevant policies and local codes of practice.

• Maintain precise business records and communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders.

• Manage the designated customer support budget to prevent overspending.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: MVZ, QFB, IBT, or engineering qualifications.

• Must be a Veterinarian or a qualified Veterinary Nurse.

• Experience as a medical field sales representative, in animal health, or related industries, or in customer-facing roles.

• Strong presentation skills for effectively conveying technical information.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and planning capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of diagnostics operations, functions, applications, training requirements, and workflow processes.

• Fundamental knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic operations.

• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

• Preferred residence: Monterrey.

• Willingness to travel for business and/or relocate 60% of the time.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong skills in sales, communication, influencing, relationship-building, planning, resilience, stakeholder management, and retention of product information.
