Diagnostic Radiologist, CA License required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Analyze a wide variety of diagnostic imaging studies across both hospital and outpatient settings, including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, and MRI, as credentialed.

• Deliver precise, timely, and clinically pertinent reports to referring providers.

• Relay urgent and critical findings in accordance with established protocols.

• Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to enhance patient care and treatment planning.

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance, regulatory, and documentation standards.

• Engage in peer review and quality improvement initiatives as necessary.

• Utilize PACS, RIS, and EMR systems effectively in a remote work setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program.

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent)—both are encouraged to apply.

• Active California medical license, or the capability to obtain one.

• Illinois medical license preferred but not mandatory—we will assist in obtaining one if you do not currently hold it.

• Participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is advantageous.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with remote teleradiology workflows is preferred.
