📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR).

• Collaborate with members and internal teams to deliver solutions that ensure accurate, secure, and efficient workflows.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in Beaker is necessary.

• Epic Beaker CP certification or demonstrated proficiency is mandatory.

• Epic Certification in Order Transmittal or EpicCare Ambulatory is preferred.

• A background in lab operations is essential.

• Experience as a medical technologist or scientist in a Medical Laboratory is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with an LIS system is highly desired.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities are essential.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on process and data-driven decision-making.

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
