DHS Review Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Review Team on a daily basis

• Distribute tasks and manage reviewer workloads according to staffing levels, workload volume, priorities, and customer needs

• Evaluate team performance based on predefined quality, timeliness, production, and customer service metrics

• Ensure that investigative reports, interviews, and record checks are assessed in accordance with customer and contractual standards

• Monitor and communicate team KPIs, trends, and performance metrics to Program Management

• Work alongside Workload Leadership and Field Leadership to resolve operational issues and facilitate prompt case completion

⛳️ Requirements

• Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT DHS experience is highly preferred

• Exceptional leadership and management abilities

• Knowledge of investigative review standards and requirements

• Capability to monitor performance metrics and KPIs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
