DevSecOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines along with automation frameworks.

• Embed cybersecurity controls throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Construct and oversee CI/CD pipelines.

• Apply infrastructure-as-code methodologies.

• Incorporate security testing into development processes.

• Provide support for containerized and cloud-native environments.

• Automate deployment and configuration management tasks.

• Monitor system performance and security posture.

• Assist with continuous compliance efforts.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management tools.

• Competent in scripting and automation.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in DevSecOps or cloud engineering.

• Availability for production deployment support as required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance.

• Must adhere to all customer background investigation requirements.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
