This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, automate, and sustain CI/CD pipelines to guarantee optimal software releases in a secure, efficient, and dependable manner.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to merge DevOps practices with security, promoting a culture where security measures are ingrained in all processes.

• Assist with cloud infrastructure projects utilizing AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, S3, Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), RDS, and Cognito.

• Enforce and oversee cloud security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Groups.

• Participate in efforts to mitigate vulnerabilities, manage incident responses, and conduct compliance audits.

• Oversee and track infrastructure provisioning within a cloud-native setting, ensuring high system availability and scalability.

• Establish system logging, monitoring, and alerting to maintain application health and performance.

• Regularly assess system performance and suggest optimizations for scalability and security.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience in DevOps/DevSecOps.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud engineering positions.

• Proficient in AWS services such as EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Pulumi.

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.

• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Foundational knowledge of security principles and compliance standards.

• Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team.
