This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support teams.

• Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and operations professionals to identify requirements and implement solutions for cloud product operations.

• Maintain comprehensive tracking of work activities, risks, and future tasks for effective planning.

• Proactively identify reliability and uptime challenges, develop solutions, and resolve issues before they are reported by customers.

• Diagnose and correct problems in existing code and workflows.

• Take ownership of assignments and drive them to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD systems for critical cloud services on Microsoft Azure or another cloud service provider.

• Proven experience in managing cloud services and deployments.

• Proficient in developing and deploying solutions using Azure AZDO build pipelines.

• Experience with Terraform for deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure.

• Knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages.

• Familiarity with Git, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer.

• Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• A strong passion for product reliability, uptime, proactive issue prevention, and continuous improvement.
