DevSecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and uphold DevSecOps methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Oversee and secure production and staging environments to ensure the infrastructure's security and reliability.

• Monitor and address vulnerabilities across systems, servers, containers, and third-party libraries by applying updates, patches, and fixes.

• Automate security validations in CI/CD pipelines utilizing SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.

• Configure and manage Cloudflare, along with secure methods for storing keys, secrets, and certificates.

• Define and enforce hardening policies for servers, containers, and services.

• Assist in the handling and response to security incidents.

• Advise the development team on best practices and engage in architecture reviews from an information security perspective.

• Provide guidance and recommendations on platform security to less technical users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience working with Linux environments, Docker, and containers.

• Proficient in Git and CI/CD pipelines, using Bitbucket or comparable tools.

• Background in vulnerability analysis and patch management.

• Familiarity with Cloudflare or similar solutions.

• An analytical, proactive, and collaborative demeanor with strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
