• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Product & Marketing teams to ensure documentation is aligned with platform updates and developer requirements.
• Provide technical insights to product and engineering teams based on interactions with the community.

• Strong understanding of documentation tools, content management systems, and/or marketing technologies.
• Previous experience in technical writing, ideally within a SaaS, devtool, or CMS setting.
• Comfortable on camera and with public speaking—this position involves livestreaming, video production, and community-facing events.

• Active GitHub profile and/or social media presence demonstrating involvement in developer communities or projects.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and self-motivated with a “builder” mindset.
• A strong sense of curiosity, a passion for learning, and a readiness to dive in and experiment.
• The ability to ask questions that may seem “silly” is highly valued!
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• PTO policy (after the initial 90 days with the company).
• A generous number of local company-paid holidays.
• Annual company-sponsored training and development opportunities.
