DevOps Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design, contribute to, implement, and take ownership of operational processes.

• Delegate tasks to engineers as necessary.

• Manage the team, including responsibilities such as hiring and conducting performance reviews.

• Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead to enhance the platform.

• Participate in an on-call group, serving as a team lead and escalation point.

• Engage with customers as needed to address their concerns.

• Work in conjunction with internal development teams as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading operational teams.

• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud services.

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes technology.

• Proficient in using git for version control.

• Adept in scripting, preferably with Python.

• Solid understanding of databases, specifically Oracle and PostgreSQL.
