DevOps Manager, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of CI/CD, deployment, release, and operational readiness across Azure cloud and edge Kubernetes environments.

• Streamline a fragmented CI/CD landscape into a cohesive standard, promoting adoption among engineering teams.

• Create golden paths and reusable pipeline templates for deploying to production.

• Develop repeatable, auditable, version-controlled, and reversible deployment pipelines.

• Define and uphold operational readiness standards while managing the incident management lifecycle.

• Integrate automated security checkpoints into CI/CD pipelines and oversee credential and secret management.

• Directly manage DevOps, MLOps, and QA automation engineers, tracking metrics for senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6+ years of practical experience in a DevOps leadership or engineering management position.

• Demonstrated success in managing Kubernetes in production settings across both cloud and edge infrastructures.

• In-depth technical expertise in Azure services, including AKS, Azure Identity/Active Directory, and cloud networking.

• Significant experience in consolidating and scaling enterprise pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

• Practical experience in establishing production telemetry with tools such as Datadog and Grafana.

• Strong background in automated security delivery, secret rotation, and policy-as-code practices.

• Proven experience in mentoring, hiring, and managing technical professionals (DevOps, QA, MLOps).

• Track record of thriving in distributed remote environments using Agile methodologies.

• Professional proficiency in English.
