This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee, maintain, and enhance OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
• Create and refine GitOps-based deployment workflows utilizing ArgoCD.
• Architect, construct, and sustain CI/CD pipelines with Bamboo, Bitbucket, and associated tools.
• Guarantee platform reliability, performance, and optimal availability.
• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, and Logstash.
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management by applying scripting and DevOps best practices.
• Assist with application deployments across various environments.
• Manage secrets and security configurations in accordance with Vault and enterprise security protocols.
• Diagnose production issues and engage in incident resolution activities.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance delivery processes and system stability.
• Participate in shift work and scheduled on-call support rotations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives centered on automation, observability, security, and operational excellence.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering position.
• Practical experience with OpenShift or an equivalent enterprise Kubernetes platform.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitOps methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and source code management.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, and Logstash.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
• Experience in Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar languages).
• Understanding of networking, security principles, and application deployment methodologies.
• Experience working within production environments and handling business-critical systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above.
• Willingness to work shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 1:00 PM–9:00 PM).
• Availability to join a paid Saturday on-call rotation approximately every 1–1.5 months.
