DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the DevOps vision utilizing Agile best practices.

• Establish and uphold CI/CD pipelines for a variety of applications and services.

• Align DevOps initiatives with objectives in engineering, product, and business sectors.

• Ensure high-quality engineering standards across the team.

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.

• Foster effective communication among various departments.

• Champion a DevOps culture within teams and advocate for shift-left practices.

• Assist teams in delivering software more rapidly and safely.

• Promote automation and a shift-left culture.

• Mentor engineers to enhance their skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering roles.

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure, including VMs, networking, Storage, AKS, App Services, and Key Vault.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes in production settings.

• Strong expertise in infrastructure as code, primarily with Terraform and Helm.

• Significant CI/CD experience, preferably with Azure DevOps.

• Comprehensive understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams.

• Familiarity with observability platforms.

• Ability to work under broad direction and often take initiative on tasks.

• Capacity to make decisions that impact outcomes and deadlines.
