This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Become a part of SimpleStudy, an AI-driven platform designed for exam preparation.

• Collaborate with a small, product-focused remote team of around 20 members.

• Play a key role in the development and upkeep of essential infrastructure and deployment tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in scripting with Bash and proficiency in at least one of Python or Typescript.

• Significant hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC).

• Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (or ECS).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).

• Background in managing production databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Proficient in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Sentry).

• Skilled in Git version control and collaborative development practices.

• Bonus: Experience in supporting mobile release pipelines (Expo EAS, app store deployment).

• Bonus: Knowledge in infrastructure cost optimization.
