This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Sales of capital equipment
• Meet or surpass quarterly sales goals across the complete premium device range
• Advise physicians and practice owners on scientific aspects, device advantages, clinical uses, patient outcomes, and return on investment for practices
• Identify and qualify new account prospects — including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic medical doctors, longevity clinics, and more
• Maintain a designated value of qualified pipeline each quarter; actively pinpoint new accounts and segments investing in aesthetic technology
• Provide product demonstrations and clinical support
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations at customer locations or Origin’s offices, ensuring direct clinical involvement when necessary
• Present all products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, and clinically credible manner
• Collaborate with the Field Service Engineer for technical demo assistance and post-sale installation
• Aid in clinical training initiatives at new accounts following installation — in partnership with the clinical trainer
• Foster high-quality relationships with existing device accounts — surpassing minimum daily activity targets
• Represent Origin at workshops, trade shows, congresses, and other promotional events
• Assist in the development of key accounts and identify product advocates
• Contribute to sales and marketing by sharing competitive insights, clinical feedback, and market trends with the team
• Create quarterly forecasting objectives in collaboration with the CEO
• Maintain a rolling 90-day qualified pipeline at agreed value thresholds
• Update HubSpot CRM on the same day as every customer interaction, opportunity update, and deal stage change
• Manage home and mobile office to ensure complete responsiveness to accounts and the internal team
• At least 3 years of field sales experience; experience in capital equipment or high-ticket sales is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a medical, scientific, or commercial field
• Willingness to travel daily throughout Switzerland, occasionally requiring overnight stays
• Availability to support events (congresses, workshops, trainings) that necessitate travel and weekend work
• French C2 or native fluency required for the French-speaking Switzerland territory; minimum B1 in English; German is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), digital communication tools, and AI tools as part of daily operations
