
Device Sales Representative, German-Switzerland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Sales of capital equipment
• Meet or surpass quarterly sales targets across the entire premium device range
• Advise physicians and practice owners on scientific principles, device advantages, clinical uses, patient outcomes, and return on investment for practices
• Identify and qualify new account prospects, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic medical doctors, longevity clinics, and others
• Maintain a designated value of a qualified sales pipeline each quarter; actively seek new accounts and segments that are investing in aesthetic technology
• Provide product demonstrations and clinical support
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations at customer locations or at Origin’s offices, with direct clinical involvement as needed
• Present all products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, and clinically credible manner
• Collaborate with the Field Service Engineer for technical demonstration assistance and post-sale installation
• Assist with clinical training initiatives at new accounts following installation, in coordination with the clinical trainer
• Focus on account management and retention
• Foster high-quality relationships with existing device accounts while exceeding daily activity targets
• Represent Origin at workshops, trade shows, congresses, and other marketing events
• Aid in the development of key accounts and identify product advocates
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by sharing competitive insights, clinical feedback, and market trends with the team
• Manage pipeline and forecasting
• Establish quarterly forecasting objectives in partnership with the CEO
• Ensure HubSpot CRM is updated on the same day as each customer interaction, opportunity update, and deal stage change
• Operate home and mobile office to guarantee full responsiveness to accounts and internal team
• At least 3 years of experience in field sales; experience in capital equipment or high-value sales is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a medical, scientific, or commercial discipline
• Willingness to travel daily across Switzerland, with occasional overnight stays
• Availability to support events (congresses, workshops, training sessions) that require travel and weekend work
• German C2 or native fluency is essential for the German-speaking Switzerland territory; English proficiency at a minimum of B1; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), digital communication tools, and AI tools as part of daily operations
