Development Team Leader – .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of .Net developers, ensuring alignment on objectives, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Guide and coach team members to foster their technical and professional development.

• Promote engineering excellence by advocating best practices in coding, architecture, and testing.

• Strategically plan and manage team capacity, sprints, and milestones for predictable delivery outcomes.

• Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Development Managers, Architects, and Product Owners to synchronize engineering efforts with business goals.

• Ensure the successful implementation and practice of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within the team.

• Contribute to the advancement of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in commercial software development.

• More than 3 years of experience leading Scrum teams with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Extensive technical knowledge in .NET and object-oriented programming.

• Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, event buses, and message queues.

• Solid comprehension of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Good understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming.

• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD), including unit, integration, and acceptance testing.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MS SQL Server, MongoDB), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

• Outstanding communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to lead by example.

• Capacity to inspire, mentor, and set a positive example.

• **Nice to Have**

• Experience with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Experience working with AWS/Azure cloud environments.

• Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.
