Development Officer, Mid-Level Giving

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Major Gifts, responsible for executing, supporting, and enhancing the mid-level donor program.

• Contribute to a donor-focused, multichannel strategy.

• Engage, retain, and reactivate existing and former mid-level donors.

• Identify and transition donors into major gift portfolios.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the mid-level donor program and its various segments.

• Ensure precise analysis, recordkeeping, and reporting.

• Track donor interactions and guarantee timely acknowledgment of contributions.

• Utilize emerging AI-enabled tools to improve stewardship, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of fundraising experience.

• Experience in supporting or managing a mid-level giving program is preferred.

• Proven track record in engaging donors and overseeing moves management processes.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

• Strong dedication to the mission of Soles4Souls.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience utilizing AI tools in fundraising endeavors.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel for events and meetings nationwide as required.
