Development Manager – Democracy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Raising funds to achieve budgetary objectives

• Playing a vital role in fundraising efforts to meet yearly goals

• Contributing to the long-term development strategy

• Overseeing the donor pipeline and managing relationships

• Engaging in strategic planning with the Fund Director

⛳️ Requirements

• Researching, identifying, and assisting in the cultivation of donors

• Supporting the Fund's Director in identifying and connecting with high-potential prospective funders

• Developing systems and policies for fundraising

• Assisting with grant proposals and reports

• Managing projects across various development activity streams

• Helping to refine and implement individual and foundation development strategies

• Overseeing the activities of the Fund team and partners who maintain donor relationships

• Assisting in reporting to and engaging the Fund's committees regarding fundraising and development progress

• Effectively delegating tasks or collaborating with the Fund's Development and Grants Associate
