This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full-stack developers focusing primarily on C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js.

• Perform code reviews and set coding standards to uphold code quality, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and prioritize deliverables for sprints.

• Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and offshore teams to ensure consistent execution and technical alignment.

• Define and implement development processes, including branching strategies, CI/CD, and QA/testing methodologies.

• Oversee release management and ensure seamless deployment across staging and production environments hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Partner with architecture and DevOps teams to optimize performance, scalability, and infrastructure within GCP.

• Promote the use of AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development efficiency and boost team productivity.

• Monitor project health through KPIs such as sprint velocity, defect rates, and on-time delivery metrics.

• Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 7 years of professional software development experience, including more than 2 years in a leadership or management position.

• Strong technical proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js).

• Experience in leading or contributing to enterprise-level SaaS or marketing platforms.

• Proficient with Git, DevOps, Jira, and agile development practices.

• Proven track record of managing vendors or offshore teams, balancing efficiency with quality.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of bridging discussions between business and technical stakeholders.
