Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full-stack developers focusing primarily on C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js.

• Conduct code reviews and set coding standards.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine requirements and prioritize deliverables for sprints.

• Manage and coordinate third-party vendors as well as offshore teams.

• Define and uphold development processes, including branching strategy, CI/CD, and QA/testing practices.

• Oversee release management and ensure seamless deployment in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams.

• Promote the adoption of AI-assisted coding tools to boost team productivity.

• Monitor project health through key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 7 years of professional software development experience.

• More than 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.

• Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks (with a preference for Vue.js).

• Experience in leading or contributing to enterprise-level SaaS or marketing platforms.

• Proficient with Git, DevOps, Jira, and agile development methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors or offshore teams.
