Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing all tasks, activities, and resources related to design, development, integration, and implementation.

• Directing and managing all development efforts to ensure that the Solution aligns with the Automation System Requirements.

• Supervising all Program Increment tasks and activities.

• Leading and managing Hybrid agile development initiatives to provide incremental technical requirements, design, configuration, customization, feature testing, and implementation of the Solution.

• Coordinating release content and efforts based on the backlog, Application Programming Interfaces (API), third-party applications, and updates.

• Identifying risks and resolving issues that may impact system performance, release scope, schedule, and quality.

• Collaborating to ensure the successful completion of data migration, data integration, security, testing, and all other areas with the respective client staff and Leads involved.

• Planning and overseeing all development and release activities.

• Managing configuration management methodologies, technologies, and requirements.

• Ensuring that documentation of essential information, such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and defect fixes, is accurately reflected in the appropriate Deliverables documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have experience in application development within the last ten (10) years, including at least three (3) years on projects involving a Qualifying Software Solution with enterprise-level web-based application development.

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience managing an agile or hybrid agile software development project or a similar agile development methodology within the last ten (10) years.

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a technical team leader, overseeing technical staff resources, resolving system defects, and reporting resolutions within the last ten (10) years.

• Must be able to provide client/user end reference contact information for each relevant project upon request.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is required.

• A copy of the degree must be made available upon request.
