This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver analytical, strategic, and process-oriented support throughout the entire project development lifecycle (including land acquisition, interconnection, engineering, permitting, power marketing, construction, and financing).
• Assist in advancing the development of assigned projects to a construction-ready phase.
• Aid in the scoping and execution of due diligence, permitting, engineering, legal, and related activities.
• Maintain project data, databases, and tracking tools for designated projects.
• Support transactional efforts by overseeing data rooms and performing other necessary activities.
• Prepare documents, applications, meeting agendas and minutes, and reports.
• Effectively interact and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external project partners.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in development, preferably in structured land development, energy (with prior experience in renewable energy being a plus), engineering, and/or real estate.
• Knowledge of various aspects of the land project development process to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Familiarity with tools such as ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, and other geospatial and/or drafting tools used for due diligence and project execution.
• Understanding of surveying and utility service connection processes, including but not limited to electricity, water/sewer, and telecommunication utilities.
• Resourceful research skills to effectively utilize publicly available materials, tools, and technology to mitigate risks and expedite projects.
• Ability to clearly communicate and summarize complex issues into actionable items, ensuring timely completion of tasks by internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, personal accountability, ownership of work products, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, project management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
