• Design and develop modern, responsive user experiences utilizing React and the latest front-end development methodologies.

• Work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to turn concepts into meaningful features.

• Take ownership of features from their inception to deployment, embracing a comprehensive development lifecycle.

• Lead technical discussions and play a key role in front-end architecture and design choices.

• Mentor fellow engineers and assist in enhancing engineering standards across the team.

• Advocate for code quality through testing, code reviews, and ongoing improvements.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and enhance software quality.

• Engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a highly collaborative engineering environment.

• Extensive experience in building modern web applications with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• A strong enthusiasm for crafting outstanding user experiences and addressing customer challenges through thoughtful design and engineering.

• Proven experience in designing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.

• Ability to convert business requirements and user needs into sophisticated technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach.

• Experience in mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership within a team setting.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with modern engineering tools and practices, including GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based architectures.

• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, MySQL, and DevOps practices is advantageous.

• Proficient in using AI-driven engineering tools as part of the daily workflow.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as collaboration with an international team is essential.
