This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide direct support and collaborate with developers, teams, and companies utilizing LiveKit, both in commercial settings and within the community.
• Manage, document, and resolve bugs; address support requests; create sample and production-level code; and revise documentation and technical guides to assist customers.
• Engage with and support community initiatives, particularly focusing on technical challenges.
• Regularly meet with LiveKit customers to ensure their ongoing success on the platform.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams on strategy and assist them in client discussions.
• An active engineer with proven experience in developing, delivering, and troubleshooting production software.
• Proficient in navigating unfamiliar codebases to identify and resolve client issues.
• An effective communicator, both in writing and speaking, who can tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Inquisitive, quick to learn, and motivated by uncertainty.
• Customer-oriented — you recognize the distinction between merely resolving a ticket and addressing the root cause of a problem.
• At least 1 year of experience in developer support or similar roles.
• Must possess fluency in English.
