Developer Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Formulate a technical strategy to enhance the adoption of GPUs and NVIDIA platforms across selected industries.

• Build relationships and influence technical leaders, developers, startups, ISVs, and technical communities.

• Promote NVIDIA’s market leadership by expediting GPU-accelerated AI and data science applications.

• Assist developers in recognizing the benefits of NVIDIA hardware products and SDKs.

• Lead engagement in focused customer and industry developer events and initiatives.

• Chair technical efforts across product divisions and geographical sales regions.

• Collaborate with solution architects, software developers, engineering teams, and developer marketing.

• Contribute to the local ecosystem strategy and messaging on customer value.

• Provide guidance on NVIDIA’s unique advantages.

• Mentor and act as a point of contact for the software developer community.

• Engage with startups and software partners creating AI agents and generative AI applications across various industries.

• Identify innovative startups and software developers creating AI agent-powered tools and native LLM/multimodal applications.

• Showcase how NVIDIA platforms can enhance performance and inference.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Technical, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience interacting with developers’ product and engineering teams.

• 8+ years of experience in an AI and ML software development setting or collaborating with developers in these domains.

• At least 3 years of experience in business development activities.

• Proficiency in CUDA programming, GPU platforms, and deep learning/machine learning frameworks.

• Experience across multiple industry sectors with an understanding of industry trends.

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation.

• Capability to work independently within a matrixed environment.

• Exceptional communication skills for interactions with customers and internal teams.

• Ability to influence, advocate for, and persuade operational and executive stakeholders, including those in engineering and product management.

• Proficiency in executing and accelerating strategic decisions.

• Ability to deliver compelling value propositions tailored to specific industries.

• Commitment to ensuring positive experiences for external customers and partners while collaborating cross-functionally.

• Experience with AI, deep learning, and machine learning applications, including AI model training/inferencing, and GPU-related technologies.

• Strong technical grasp of data analytics, conversational AI, and embedded systems/Jetson.

• Familiarity with network communication protocols is a plus.

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, planning, and execution skills.
