Developer Relations Manager – AI Natives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical consultant for the next wave of AI-native companies that are developing groundbreaking applications such as developer copilots, AI search engines, agentic platforms, and multimodal creative tools.

• Collaborate directly with startup founders and engineering teams to design and enhance AI workloads utilizing NVIDIA technologies, including CUDA-X libraries, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, NVIDIA NeMo, NIM microservices, and GPU-accelerated data processing frameworks.

• Assist AI-native companies in scaling their training and inference infrastructure while optimizing model performance, cost-effectiveness, and latency across NVIDIA's accelerated computing platforms.

• Guide startups through intricate architectural choices, including model optimization, inference scaling, agent frameworks, multimodal pipelines, and real-time AI systems.

• Work in close partnership with NVIDIA's engineering, research, product, and go-to-market teams to pinpoint emerging AI-native categories and shape NVIDIA’s platform roadmap.

• Establish strong connections with founders, CTOs, and technical leaders throughout the AI-native ecosystem to ensure that NVIDIA is the preferred platform for the most innovative AI companies.

• Aid in the development of reference architectures, AI blueprints, and best practices that empower AI-native companies to implement scalable AI applications and agentic systems.

• Collaborate with NVIDIA’s Industry Business Development teams, Solutions Architects, and Account Managers to expedite the adoption of NVIDIA technologies among high-growth AI-native companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of expertise in software engineering, developer relations, solutions architecture, technical partnerships, or product management within AI, developer platforms, or large-scale software systems.

• Practical experience in developing or scaling AI-driven products, developer platforms, or extensive cloud services.

• Strong proficiency in machine learning infrastructure, model serving, distributed systems, and real-time AI applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of the contemporary AI stack, including LLMs, agent frameworks, multimodal models, and inference optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to closely collaborate with engineering teams and startup founders to impact product architecture and technical roadmaps.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to articulate complex AI systems to various audiences, ranging from engineers to startup founders and executives.

• Experience thriving in rapidly evolving startup environments or in supporting high-growth developer ecosystems.
