Developer Relations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Supervise all developer relations initiatives within the designated region, ensuring alignment with the global strategy and addressing local market requirements.

• Lead and mentor Developer Evangelists focusing on Community & Integrations.

• Drive the execution of key integration cases and benchmark implementations.

• Collaborate with Product Management to gather and respond to developer insights, eliminate adoption obstacles, and enhance satisfaction levels.

• Champion the interests of game developers in the region while maintaining an active presence in both online and offline communities.

• Represent Xsolla at regional and global industry events by delivering presentations and conducting workshops.

• Organize and facilitate developer meetups, hackathons, and events coinciding with platform launches like Apple WWDC and Google I/O.

• Oversee the development of developer documentation, tutorials, demos, videos, and other educational resources.

• Ensure that the content addresses custom integration scenarios and self-service use cases.

• Work in partnership with Developer Marketing to promote resources and analyze their impact across various channels.

• Assess performance metrics with the VP of Developer Relations and implement data-driven adjustments to strategies and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism.

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong technical expertise in game development across mobile, PC, or web platforms.

• Practical experience with integrations and APIs.

• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and achieve measurable engagement results.

• Recognized presence within regional and global game developer communities.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and business audiences.

• Experience in creating high-quality technical content across various formats.
