This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a subject matter expert while providing consulting services on the Human Resources HRIS system (Oracle Human Capital Management) to enhance its benefits and functionalities for more efficient utilization.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and support of the Oracle Human Capital Management system.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions that address issues using HCM and identify opportunities to utilize company data for driving business solutions.
• Assist in enhancing and customizing Oracle HCM and in the integration of third-party inbound and outbound files/applications.
• Assess business processes and procedures, gathering requirements to create both functional and technical solutions.
• Propose technical design solutions and document the technical requirements, including security design considerations or solutions.
• Implement data governance principles to ensure the quality, integrity, and timeliness of data are upheld.
• Conduct data validation and analysis of system work products to guarantee accuracy and investigate to identify and resolve the root causes of any system-related issues.
• A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM configuration and release update management specifically in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Must possess 3 years of experience in each of the following areas:
• o Utilizing the Oracle HCM system and fast formulas.
• o Leveraging HCM Design Studio.
• o Applying systems development methodologies, including Agile Sprints and the Systems Development Life Cycle.
• o Engaging with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) methodologies.
• o Handling non-public personal information (NPPI) and adhering to data privacy legislation and standards.
• This position is based in Aliso Viejo, CA, but may allow telecommuting from any location within the U.S.
• Experience may be obtained concurrently, but is not a prerequisite.
