Developer, Generative AI – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents that concentrate on security solutions utilizing top frameworks and industry tools;

• Integrate and operationalize large language models (LLMs) alongside knowledge bases, automating and enhancing vital processes through Python and modern APIs;

• Assess and recommend GenAI platform options (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) for creating custom intelligent agents, taking scalability and security considerations into account;

• Implement and provide consultation on vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB) to guarantee effective storage and retrieval of data;

• Clearly document developed solutions to facilitate technical knowledge sharing among teams;

• Serve as an AI advocate by conducting trainings, delivering talks, and sharing best practices in AI security with other development teams;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to propose and execute innovative solutions that align with business requirements and security culture;

• Automate deployment and monitoring processes for agents and models in cloud settings using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing agents on GenAI platforms;

• Integration and use of various LLMs;

• Knowledge and expertise in agentic authorization and authentication (Agentic Authorization/Authentication);

• Development of custom integrations, plugins, or intelligent observability solutions;

• Familiarity with platforms such as AWS Bedrock;

• Exceptional communication and teaching abilities to present technical knowledge in an accessible and collaborative manner;

• Capability to work independently and proactively with a strong focus on problem-solving;

• A system-wide perspective and emphasis on innovation, keeping up-to-date with trends and best practices in AI and security;

• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary settings and promote a culture of continuous learning.
