This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide thought leadership and establish an authoritative presence through 2–3 LinkedIn posts weekly, along with timely "hot takes" on industry news to position Flosum as a frontrunner.
• Represent Flosum at key community events such as Dreamforce, London's Calling, and regional "Dreamin'" conferences, enhancing our presence in the industry.
• Foster relationships by cultivating, mentoring, and amplifying the named advocate tier while initiating the founding charter cohort.
• Create multi-format content such as podcasts, videos, and co-created materials that resonate on LinkedIn across both the DevOps and Data/Security tracks.
• Leverage an established personal brand to accelerate credibility-building, condensing months of effort into weeks and energizing the entire advocacy initiative.
• A well-known figure within the Salesforce ecosystem—preferably a Salesforce MVP, a regular speaker at community conferences, or a highly regarded voice in Salesforce DevOps/architecture.
• Proficiency in both DevOps (including release management, CI/CD, and deployment) and Data/Security (encompassing backup, governance, compliance, and resilience) domains.
• Expertise in LinkedIn-native formats and an understanding of the authenticity, give-back, and inclusion norms prevalent in the ecosystem.
• Willingness to be evaluated based on share of voice in target regions and community-influenced pipeline, rather than solely on raw member counts.
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Flexible work environment and supportive company culture.
